Just a quick note to say many thanks. Your product arrived the day after ordering, your appointed fitter Dennis was very polite and efficient in his fitting and came today and fitted the rear sensors to our Kia Ceed. A very good product with great customer contact all the way through from my original phone call with question and then an order to fitting. Many thanks.
As previously advised the order arrived safely. Graham the fitter has just left. Arrived when he said he would, and did the job extremely well, despite atrocious weather conditions ! Hi Trading Direct. I just wanted to express my thanks for what has turned out to be the best decision to buy a product (DPS465) and service online I’ve ever made ! The telephone support prior to my ordering from Gareth was great, the product was delivered very quickly and is of great quality and fitted to a very high standard by your fitter Graham, he explained to fit them in the lower bumper was problematic due to the crash bars behind the bumper, information I would not have known if I attempted to fit myself, fitted slightly higher than the factory fit item without issue and still look like factory spec items and they work fantastically well too. Very impressed ! I highly recommend anyone to use both your product and fitting service.

Due to my line of work I was unsure how long it would take for you to get me a fitting arranged. I need not have worried. The kit was fitted on Saturday for me at home and even in the bad weather. The fitter you arranged, completed the job to a very high standard and his quality of work and politeness were second to none. Avery big thank you and I will most certainly use you again.
I recently ordered a DPS400 parking sensor kit from yourself to fit on my wife’s new Ford Focus. I would just like to thank you for the quality of service you provided. The kit arrived the following day where upon we realised we had actually ordered the wrong colour for the car. We contacted your company and spoke with an extremely helpful representative called Gareth who advised us to return the coloured sensors and the correct colour would be posted out to us free of charge, even though the mistake was ours. This we did and received the correct colour sensors the day following your having received them. The fitting instructions were easy to follow, and the sensors were easy to fit. I am at present recovering from a stroke and was a little apprehensive about undertaking such a project, but experienced no problems whatsoever whilst fitting them. They look great on the car and work extremely well. I cannot praise your company or product highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to family, friends and other members of the general public. Many thanks.
Hi. Barry installed my sensors today and did a great job. The sensors not only work great, but they look good as well. I’m glad to have opted for the micro sensors and sprayed them to match my colour. I originally ordered the silver sensors and you then sent me the matt black ones so I could paint them. Barry took the silver sensors to mail back to you so I just wanted to let you know so you don’t think I’ve still got them.

Hi. Thanks for the micro sensors you sent me the other day, they look fantastic. I have had the fitter Graham today who did an excellent job, in horrid weather conditions. I am pleased to say that I am very happy with the end result of his efforts and that they look grand. He took so much trouble to make sure that they fitted well and looked right.
